Abstract generation in progress
AIMPACT news, April 25 (UTC+8), U.S. stocks closed on April 24, with NVIDIA shares rising over 4%, pushing its market cap above $5 trillion. This marks NVIDIA's return to the $5 trillion valuation for the first time in nearly six months since late October last year. Stanford University released a report last week highlighting the rapid adoption of AI. The report states that AI is spreading at an unprecedented pace, with generative AI adoption reaching 53%, faster than the adoption rates of personal computers and the internet. Meanwhile, DeepSeek has launched its new model DeepSeek-V4, which features a million-character ultra-long context and achieves domestic and open-source leadership in agent capabilities, world knowledge, and reasoning performance. The model is developed in collaboration with Huawei Ascend. The partnership between cutting-edge models and domestic computing power providers is expected to boost the use of domestic computing resources, which also poses a challenge to NVIDIA.
