ME News, April 25 (UTC+8), US President Donald Trump's lawsuit against the IRS and the Treasury Department was questioned by a court. U.S. District Judge Catherine Williams pointed out that given Trump's actual influence over both parties to the lawsuit, it is questionable whether the case involves a "genuine adversarial controversy," and ordered the Department of Justice to submit a written explanation by May 20 clarifying how the court has jurisdiction to hear the case.
