Trump's lawsuit against US Treasury and IRS questioned by court

ME News, April 25 (UTC+8), a lawsuit filed by U.S. President Donald Trump against the Internal Revenue Service and the Treasury Department was questioned by a court. U.S. District Judge Catherine Williams noted that with Trump effectively having influence over both parties to the lawsuit, it is doubtful whether the case presents a "genuine adversarial dispute," and ordered the Department of Justice to submit a written explanation by May 20 clarifying how the court has jurisdiction to hear the case.
