Met two groups of friends this afternoon, was supposed to eat together, but I really wanted to eat dumplings I cooked myself. Beside me is Brother Kan @tktang88's own sherry cask-soaked liquor. This is the first batch of barrel-opening liquor (oak), hasn't been soaked with sherry yet, but it already has the aroma of oak.



In the afternoon I also chatted with friends, I only eat one meal a day. Basically the night before, I plan what to eat the next day, and if I can't eat it the next day, I feel very uncomfortable, and hunger becomes hard to bear.

Even though I finished work close to 8pm, I still cooked dumplings 🥟 myself. A bowl of 45, not a single one left.
