Multiple AI companies have been required not to accept U.S. investment without approval.

ME News: On April 25 (UTC+8), Bloomberg reported that multiple AI companies, including Moonshot AI and StepFun, received notices from the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments, requiring them not to accept U.S. capital financing without government approval.
