The benchmark covers multiple industry application scenarios including retail, aviation, and telecommunications. By sector, Grok ranked first in retail with 62.3%; scored 66% in aviation, also topping the list; and led in telecommunications with the highest score of 73.7%. The test results indicate that Grok has excellent capabilities in handling voice interaction needs across different industries, highlighting xAI's breakthrough progress in voice AI technology.
