Multiple AI companies are required not to accept American investment without approval.

ME News announcement, April 25 (UTC+8), Bloomberg reported that multiple AI companies, including Moonshot AI and Stepfun, have received notices from the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments, requiring that they cannot accept U.S. capital financing without government approval.
