Dow Jones breaks above 53,000 points for the first time in history, memory and chip stocks stage strong rebound.

· U.S. stock performance: All three major indexes closed higher. The Dow rose 0.29% to 53,055.91 points, breaking 53,000 points for the first time in history to set a new record high; the Nasdaq rose 1.12% to 26,121.16 points; the S&P 500 rose 0.72% to 7,537.43 points. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index rose 2.17% to 12,900.14 points. Tesla rose 6.69%, AMD rose 6.61%, and Western Digital rose 7.14%; Microsoft fell 0.96% (announced layoffs of 4,800 people), and SpaceX fell 0.98% (officially included in the Nasdaq 100 Index on Tuesday). The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index rose 1.71%.

· BlackRock continues to increase holdings: BlackRock transferred 2,265.685 BTC (about $142 million) to Coinbase today, and over the past 6 days it has deposited a total of 22,624.685 BTC, with a total value of about $1.42 billion.

· Strategy sells BTC: Between June 29 and July 5, it sold 3,588 BTC for $216 million to pay preferred stock dividends, bringing its BTC holdings down to 843,775 BTC, with an unrealized loss of about $11.341 billion. MSTR fell by more than 5% intraday on Monday before closing at $100.77.

· Bitmine adds ETH holdings: It added 42,197 ETH last week, bringing total holdings to 5.74 million ETH, with an unrealized loss of about $9.406 billion.

· Other news: Russia’s largest bank Sberbank plans to roll out compliant crypto wallets and custody services within the year; Figure plans to issue $600 million in notes to finance the acquisition of Kiavi; TeraWulf and Anthropic signed a 20-year data center leasing agreement, with expected revenue of about $19 billion; Trump launched the “Trump Account” and said the market will surge sharply; BonkDAO was targeted by a malicious governance proposal attack, and about $20 million worth of BONK tokens was stolen.
