"The concept of 'nation' is not a scientific definition, but a consensus tool. In essence, it is an 'institutionalized labeling system' used to manage the real world. From a trend perspective, the form of the nation is shifting from a 'unified structure driven by a single consensus' to a 'distributed structure where multiple layers of consensus coexist.' Under the new order, the concept of the international will also be upgraded. It will gradually expand from an organizational form that emphasized territorial boundaries and sovereign centers in the past to a multi-layered consensus coordination system. The future world may not be about 'nations replacing nations,' but rather different levels and types of consensus networks jointly participating in resource allocation and order construction. The real competition is not only between nations, but between different consensus systems: whoever can create stronger connectivity, more efficient collaboration mechanisms, and a more attractive value system will attract more talent, capital, and resources into their own network."
