ME News, July 7 (UTC+8), according to the ENS DAO governance forum, ENS community member AvsA proposed a draft suggesting that approximately 5,000,000 ENS held by the DAO be distributed to various governance stakeholders through multi-delegation contracts to alleviate the current issue of voting power being highly concentrated in a few delegates. The plan proposes to allocate tokens from the DAO treasury, selecting candidates among stakeholders such as users, integrators (wallets, exchanges, applications), developers, traditional domain name service providers, and the governance community based on preset criteria, with each category receiving approximately 1 million ENS in equal delegation. Delegates only receive voting rights and have no authority to dispose of tokens. If they fail to participate in voting for six consecutive months, the delegation they received will be reclaimed and redistributed. (Source: PANews)
