Unpopular opinion: Bitcoin needs Michael Saylor and Strategy to become less central to the narrative if it is going to continue maturing.
Saylor played a significant role before Bitcoin treasury companies became mainstream. Today, however, he commands an outsized share of the attention while Strategy's highly leveraged approach to acquiring BTC introduces additional risk into the conversation.
The focus is increasingly shifting from Bitcoin itself to Saylor versus the ethos of Bitcoin. That's a narrative I don't think benefits the asset over the long term.
