A friend came to me a while ago, with just three thousand yuan, saying he wanted to try his hand in crypto.

I didn't rush to teach him how to make money; I first asked: Are you here to experience, or to gamble?
Three thousand is neither too much nor too little—converted to U, it's just a few hundred U, the most problematic capital range—enough for you to operate, but not enough to withstand many reckless moves.
I told him not to think about doubling first, but to split the funds and try in small batches, using only 100 U per entry. If he loses, stop—don't add, don't chase.
At this stage, don't look at returns; only look at one thing: whether you followed the rules.
Only trade two types of market conditions: recovery bounces after sharp drops, or breakout structures that have just started. All other times, stay in cash.
100 U per trade, leverage within 10x. The goal is not to make money, but to first learn how to survive.
Later, he managed a round from 100 U to over 200 U. The amount wasn't big, but the rhythm was right.
The key step I had him take: once the principal doubled, withdraw the principal immediately, and only let the profits keep rolling.
Many people die right here—they don't exit after winning, and end up giving everything back.
The crypto space doesn't lack opportunities; what it lacks are people who can stick to the rules.

GT burned 2.57 million? Don’t rush to worry about the burn first—people who can turn 3,000 yuan into 3,000 U are a hundred times rarer than those who actually know how to look at the burn data.

This idea is spot on—using a small amount of capital to practice discipline first is better than anything. How many people come in with just a few thousand and go all-in on contracts, only to go to zero in three seconds?

Withdrawing the principal and letting profits run is a brilliant move. I've seen too many people who didn't exit after doubling and ended up getting liquidated. Sticking to the rules is the real hard currency.
