The $15.8 LAB, bottom fishing or bag holding?

First, look at the chart: from hell to heaven in just 7 days.

In early July, LAB experienced a "slaughter" — pre-sale unlock panic + large transfers + insider control allegations, the price crashed from a high of $27 directly to $5.6, down more than 60% in a single week. Countless people were liquidated, cut losses, cursed, crying "never touch this shitcoin again."

Then what? Within less than a week, a V-shaped reversal pulled it to $17.7, a rebound of over 160%.

First thing: don't get excited yet, look at the "time bomb locked in the cage"

LAB's fundamentals are actually not bad — a multi-chain trading aggregator supporting Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, with spot, limit, perpetual contracts, and an AI research engine. The product is actually live with trading volume support, and early promotions mentioned a buyback and burn mechanism. 65% of people on CMC are bullish.

But there is one fatal problem: the tokenomics is a huge pit.

Total supply is 1 billion, circulating is only 312 million — a circulation rate of only 31%.

FDV is still as high as $16 billion.

There is an unlock window around August, which is the biggest uncertainty.

Second thing: why did it have a V-shaped reversal after dropping 60%?

When it crashed to $5.6 in early July, who was buying?

Retail investors? They were all cutting losses at that time.

It was institutions. It was the smart money that knew there would be a "rebound and distribution window" before the August unlock.

From $5.6 to $17.7, it more than doubled. Those who entered at the low have started taking profits around $17 — that's why from $17.7 it pulled back to $15.8 with shrinking volume.

The selling pressure is not heavy, indicating that large funds haven't finished distributing yet.

Third thing: technicals tell you where the key levels are

Daily / 4-hour level: After the V-shaped reversal, the current pullback is a healthy correction, not a trend reversal. Volume is shrinking during the pullback, indicating limited selling pressure.

Key support levels:

$15.5 - $15.8: Previous demand zone + near the 99 EMA (currently here)

$14.8 - $15.0: Strong support, if broken it gets troublesome

$13.5 - $14.0: Last line of defense

Key resistance levels:

$16.5 - $17.0: Short-term pressure

$18.5: Important resistance

$20.2: Previously rejected multiple times, breaking through would be a new world

Bull vs bear battle, you decide

On one side:

Real product live, multi-chain aggregator + AI engine

Violent rebound of 160% from $5.6, strong willingness to absorb capital

Community sentiment is relatively optimistic, 65% bullish on CMC

If BTC stabilizes, high-beta coins have more elasticity

On the other side:

Circulation rate only 31%, August unlock window like the Sword of Damocles

FDV as high as $16 billion, valuation too expensive

Early July crash revealed insider control allegations

Macro Fear index 27, cautious overall sentiment

Short-term swing:

Bullish bias: Accumulate long in batches at $15.5 - $15.8, stop loss at $14.7

First target $16.8 - $17.2, break through see $18.5, ultimate target $20.2

Short opportunity: If rebound at $17 - $17.5 meets resistance with volume, can go short lightly, target $15.8 or $15

Mid-line positioning:

If effective support at $14.8 - $15.5, build mid-line positions in batches

Focus on performance around August unlock + real exchange trading data

Risk control discipline:

Single position no more than 5-8% of total capital, leverage controlled within 3-5x

If daily closes effectively below $14.5 with volume, exit immediately and wait, don't hesitate

Unlock pressure + high volatility are the biggest minefields, any negative news could push it back to lows

Currently suitable for buying on dips and selling on rallies, not chasing highs or cutting lows

Whether LAB is an opportunity or a trap depends on your cost and timing

If you bottom-fished at $5.6, now at $15.8, you've nearly doubled, you're considering when to take profit.

If you chased high at $27, now at $15.8, you're down 42%, you're considering whether to add positions to lower cost.

If you want to enter now at $15.8, you're betting it can break $20 and have the final pump before the August unlock.

No matter how good the project, it can't withstand the unlock scythe. No matter how bad the coin, there is always a rebound window.
