Re: Below is a heartfelt message from a Korean pioneer, and the following paragraphs are permeated with urgency and sincerity.

In the past five years, I have learned an important lesson:

Not every pioneer lives under the same circumstances.

If I had a stable full-time job, and I were only an early YouTuber or an early pioneer who treated Pi Network as a hobby, I might be telling a completely different story today.

But I am a small business owner.

COVID-19 was the biggest crisis in my life. To get through that difficult time, I threw myself entirely into Pi Network—not out of blind hope, but because I truly believe it has strong long-term potential.

First, I opened a Pi payment store.

At the time, many members of the Korean Pi community believed that 1 Pi = 100,000 KRW represented the value we expected and analyzed that we would achieve. Like many other early merchants, I accepted Pi payments based on this valuation.

We all know how it turned out.

Second, I launched the Pi Node business.

For more than a year, I traveled across Korea installing Node computers. Looking back, those were some of the happiest days of my journey. This business provided stable income, but more importantly, it gave me the chance to meet countless pioneers face to face.

During that period, I helped more than 4,000 Korean pioneers complete their KYC process.

Third, although I started YouTube relatively late, my channel ultimately grew to more than 15,000 subscribers, which allowed me to build a Pi community in Korea.

Even today, we are still discussing Pi Network’s future together.

Fourth, I now serve as an important community voice for Pi-based DApps (such as Coixa and PiPet), helping to connect developers and pioneers.

Over these five years, I have encountered not only pioneers from Korea, but also from China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and many other countries. I listened to their experiences, their struggles, and their hopes.

That is why I believe that influential people on social media should be extremely cautious about the information they share.

Every pioneer has a different reality.

Our financial situations are different. Our careers are different. Our reasons for believing in Pi Network are different.

However, some influencers speak as if their own circumstances represent everyone.

“It’s flawless.” “Just keep waiting.” “Everything will work out in the end.”

It’s easy to say these things.

But real life isn’t that simple.

Not everyone has the luxury of a stable job and the comfort of waiting for years.

Some people are fighting to protect their livelihood. Some people have already shut down their businesses. Some people continue to believe in this project because they hope it will create a better future for their families.

In my view, repeatedly telling these people, “Just wait,” is not a responsible response.

Constructive criticism is not an attack on Pi Network.

It is an effort to help this project become stronger.

A real Pi influencer shouldn’t speak only from their own perspective. They should also understand the realities faced by different pioneers, and be willing to represent those voices with honesty, balance, and responsibility.

In my view, this is what it truly means for a Pi influencer to represent a Pi community—yes, even a country.
