Many people are not solving problems; they are constantly looking for new reasons to prove why they cannot solve them. Understanding the past is important, but if all analysis ultimately points to "so I cannot change," then the reasons are no longer answers but become shackles. True growth is not endlessly explaining yourself, but deciding to move forward after understanding yourself.
