#gStocks代币化股票上线 What truly wipes people out in crypto isn’t the market—it’s the few minutes of emotional trading.
I’ve seen too many people who know what to do, but that one “I need to win” move wipes out their account.
After getting liquidated multiple times in a row, I started tracing the problem back: it wasn’t the strategy, it was my inability to control my hands.
Later, I used a very simple method to slowly grow 10kU into 100kU. I call it the “Five-Cut Position Control Method.”
First cut: Split the principal.
Split your capital into 5 parts—for example, 10kU into five 2,000U portions. Keep only one portion in your trading account and put the rest in a cold wallet. The goal isn’t risk control; it’s to reduce impulsive decisions.
Second cut: Only trade spot.
Don’t touch futures early on—only trade spot. Only pick coins in the top 100 by market cap with good liquidity. First solve the problem of “surviving.”
Third cut: Add positions in batches.
If the price drops 10%, add one batch, up to three times. Adding positions isn’t bottom-fishing—it’s managing your cost structure. If it breaks further, cut losses immediately; don’t hold.
Fourth cut: Take profits first.
When unrealized profit reaches about 10%, sell half. For example, from 2,000U to 2,200U, first take back your principal and part of the profit, so the account holds real gains.
Fifth cut: Reinvest profits.
Use the withdrawn funds as new principal for the next round, repeating the same process. Don’t bet on a single breakout—just keep repeating.
Sixth cut: Reduce frequency.
Only check the charts at a fixed time each day, at most one trade per day. If your hands get itchy, step away from the screen. Most losses aren’t given by the market—they’re from unnecessary actions.
Seventh cut: Prioritize discipline.
Don’t chase hype, don’t add positions without a plan, don’t add more than three times. Every trade must have a reason; if not, don’t trade.
In the end, you’ll realize one thing: The real challenge in crypto isn’t making money—it’s not giving back what you’ve earned. The ones who survive long-term are those with stable execution.
