For those who have been in the crypto space, who hasn't experienced that feeling of being "stuck at the top"?

Staring at the phone screen in the middle of the night, heart clenching at every price jump, tossing and turning unable to sleep; watching the numbers plummet, panicking and selling, only to see it reverse and surge right after selling, slapping your thigh in regret; gritting your teeth and not selling, only for it to keep dropping, losing more and more, until finally there's only a feeling of "whatever, let it be" helplessness.
Honestly, the market never moves the way we expect.
Most people lose money not because they can't read price movements, but because they can't control their emotions.
Once what you're holding drops, anxiety grows, the more you lose the more anxious you get, and the more anxious you are the easier it is to make chaotic moves—chasing when it rises, fleeing when it falls, back and forth a few times, the more you toss the less you have, and the more exhausted you become.
But then again, prices go up and down naturally; there's no need to stubbornly fight against yourself when you're in the red, and definitely don't go all in to gamble.
Instead, calm down and assess your situation: how much do you still have? What was your entry price? How much fluctuation can you tolerate? Based on this, slowly work out a plan—when the price is low, add a bit to lower your average cost; when the price bounces up a bit, slowly sell off a portion, don't be greedy, stake in batches, steadily and securely. Don't rush to go all in, and don't stubbornly hold for months without letting go; use a planned rhythm to relieve pressure, and slowly recover bit by bit.
The market never lacks opportunities; what it lacks is a calm mind and a clear plan.
If you're currently worried about losses in your holdings, don't get too hot-headed first. Sort out your positions, adjust your pace, take it step by step, and you'll always find your way out of the predicament. Don't be afraid; take it slow, that's better than anything.
