ME News, April 24 (UTC+8), U.S. Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren has questioned the regulatory approval process for cryptocurrency bank Erebor. A fundraising document obtained by Warren's office shows that the bank obtained a banking license within just a few months, raising "serious concerns" about whether the approval process was influenced by political connections. Erebor was co-founded by Palmer Luckey, who previously founded defense startup Anduril Industries and has publicly acknowledged donating to multiple pro-Trump groups. Warren has requested further explanation of the approval process. (Source: MLion)
