ME News reported that on July 3 (UTC+8), Strategy founder Michael Saylor stated that Bitcoin's future is determined by the dynamic consensus among nodes, miners, and holders: nodes exert influence through "transaction verification capability," miners through "hashrate," and holders through "capital," and protocol changes can only proceed when verification, security, and capital are aligned. He noted that brand, legal, political, technological, institutional, cultural, and physical forces can only indirectly influence Bitcoin consensus by persuading, coordinating, constraining, or mobilizing these participants, and cannot directly determine the consensus outcome.
