ME News, July 3 (UTC+8): The China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Monetary Authority of Singapore successfully held the 10th China-Singapore Securities and Futures Regulatory Roundtable in Singapore. Liu Haoling, Vice Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and Ho Hengxin, Deputy Managing Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, attended the meeting and delivered remarks. The two sides reviewed the practical outcomes of capital market cooperation between the two countries in recent years, including strengthening China-Singapore index cooperation, deepening China-Singapore ETF connectivity, and enhancing securities regulatory cooperation. The two sides also held extensive and in-depth exchanges on topics such as the latest developments in their respective market reform and development, capital market operations and regulatory enforcement under the backdrop of cutting-edge technologies, and cross-border business development and regulation in the securities and futures industry. Lin Duanli, Assistant Managing Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, as well as heads of relevant departments from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and more than 40 industry representatives including those from both the China Securities Exchange and the Singapore Securities Exchange, attended the meeting both in person and online.
