Every time I read an airdrop tutorial, I feel like I'm doing a gaokao reading comprehension—underlining, annotating, setting alarms... only to find after burning gas that my address got flagged as a sybil, or the project team just ghosted.

Now I've learned to be smarter: first ask myself, "Would I actually use this protocol, or do I just want to farm and run?" If it's the latter, I'll probably get rekt anyway, because competition is insane now—bots work a hundred times harder than you. But ignoring them entirely feels terrible too, like I might miss a "what if I had known" moment. That itch is really just fear of missing out on imaginary gains.

On the rate cut thing too—the dollar index and risk assets rallying together shows there's no real consensus; everyone's just gambling. Times like these make me cautious; I've slowed down on airdrop interactions too, preferring to skip a few and keep some ETH on hand to watch the show.
