Key Issues:

BTC faces pressure at current levels: price is close to the 30-minute Bollinger Band upper at 60724, and faces a strong resistance zone at 61800-62000. Volume has noticeably shrunk, with the latest candle only 43 lots, indicating insufficient bullish momentum. Risk: if it fails to break the 60724-60800 range, it may fall into a pullback; even if it breaks 61800-62000, the upside is limited (about 2.2%), and the risk-reward ratio is not ideal.

ETH is relatively neutral, running above the 1-hour EMA, MACD turned positive but overall consolidating. Volume is also shrinking, with a slight rebound since bottoming at 1603. Stronger confirmation signals are needed.

Strategy: Stay cautious. Current price is near resistance, volume is shrinking, market sentiment is bearish and abnormal signals appear, so chasing highs is not advisable. If buying, wait for a pullback to support confirmation or a secondary confirmation after a breakout.

BTC watch support at 59800-60000, ETH watch support at 1600-1610. When sentiment is extremely fearful, accumulation can be considered, but need technical alignment. Abnormal market signals should be an important reference.

Currently staying on the sidelines, waiting for price to pull back to support levels before considering buying. BTC needs to break below 59700 to trigger a stop loss, ETH needs to break below 1600.

Overall assessment: BTC is at mid-high levels near resistance, ETH is slightly stronger but lacks clear direction. The extremely low fear index may offer long-term opportunities, but short-term technicals need more confirmation. Stay on the sidelines and wait for the right timing.

If there is a pullback to 59600-59800 with a stop-loss signal, BTC buying can be considered; ETH needs to wait for a clearer bottom confirmation.

If BTC pulls back to 59400-59600 and shows signs of stabilization with shrinking volume, it can be bought.

Target price set at 61200-61500 (about 2% upside), stop loss at 59700 (1.2% stop loss), position size controlled at 20%.

BTC is currently at mid-high levels near the resistance zone, with shrinking volume indicating lack of momentum, so need to wait for a pullback confirmation. Support around 59500-59600, stop loss at 59300, target at 61500-62000, risk-reward ratio around 1:2.5.

Final Decision:

Signal quality does not meet A-grade standards, and BTC is near resistance with weakening momentum, so should avoid chasing highs. Stay on the sidelines and wait for a sufficient pullback before considering entry.

BTC Analysis:

Price 60444, has rebounded about 1.1% from the recent low of 59761, but volume has noticeably shrunk (latest 30m candle only 43 lots, 1H only 43 lots)

30m BB upper band 60724, current price is near the upper band (only about 0.5% away), close to overbought territory

1H MACD bullish momentum still present but continuously weakening, 30m MACD still negative

ADX 29 but overall trend not strong, BBAND 1H bandwidth 4.5% indicates not a strong trend

If going up from 60444, 61800-62000 is a strong resistance zone, gross space about 2.2%, net space after fees and slippage about 1.8-2.0%, risk-reward barely meets standards but confidence insufficient

Current position is not an ideal buying point: just rebounded and near resistance, chasing highs is risky

ETH Analysis:

1620.40, 1H still firmly above EMA1612, MACD just turned positive, bulls slightly dominant

But volume continues to shrink, ADX only 23.8 indicates no trend

BBAND 1H bandwidth 4.8%, still in a wide range oscillation

Direction unclear, not an A-grade signal

Sentiment Analysis:

Composite score 0.167 slightly bullish but only 66% confidence

Fear and Greed Index 19 Extreme Fear, market state abnormal (topic monopoly)

Alpha signal Bearish, need to be cautious

Stablecoin de-pegging risk signal (+1.00) worth noting

Conclusion:

BTC is in an awkward position—resistance above is close (60724/61800), momentum insufficient, volume shrinking, sentiment bearish but extreme fear. ETH direction unclear. Market has triggered an abnormal pattern. Optimal strategy is to wait for a pullback confirmation: if BTC pulls back to 59800-60000 support with shrinking volume and stabilizes, or ETH pulls back to 1600-1610 support and stabilizes, that would be a better buying point. Chasing at current price has asymmetric risk-reward.

The volume shrunk to 43 lots and still pushing up, this momentum is like an old lady climbing stairs. I'll exit first and wait for 59800.

Extreme fear + topic monopoly + stablecoin de-anchoring risk all piled up, I dare not gamble on this market, would rather miss out than chase highs.
