Backend Developer (JAVA + Go)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Java backend development experience, familiar with microservices architecture.
- Proficient in Spring Boot, MyBatis, RESTful API development.
- Familiar with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, with database design and SQL optimization skills.
- Familiar with message queues such as Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, and understand event-driven architecture.
- Capable of Go development, able to read, develop, and maintain Go services.
- Familiar with WebSocket, high concurrency, multithreading, thread pools, locks, and other concurrent programming concepts.
- Familiar with Docker, Linux deployment, and Git collaboration.

Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience in digital asset exchange development (spot/futures)
- Experience in matching engine, order book, K-line, market data push development
- Experience in wallet system, deposit/withdrawal, aggregation, hot/cold wallet development
- Experience in blockchain development (BTC, ETH, BSC, TRON, Solana, etc.)
- Familiar with ERC20, TRC20 token deposit/withdrawal processes
- Familiar with financial system design such as fund accounts, ledgers, freeze/unfreeze, risk control
- Experience in high-concurrency, high-availability system architecture design
- Experience in performance optimization and distributed system development

Frontend Developer (Web + Flutter)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of React development experience, with complete project development experience.
- Proficient in TypeScript, React Hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.).
- Familiar with WebSocket, REST API integration, and real-time data processing.
- Familiar with Flutter development, able to independently develop Android and iOS apps.
- Proficient in Dart language and Flutter common components, state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).
- Familiar with responsive layout, mobile adaptation, and performance optimization.
- Familiar with Git collaboration, with good coding standards.

Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience in digital asset exchange or financial projects
- Experience in trading page, K-line, depth chart, order book development
- Experience with TradingView Charting Library or Lightweight Charts
- Experience in publishing Flutter apps on Android and iOS
