According to Beating Monitoring, the early-stage venture capital fund MoE Capital, co-founded by former AGI House members, has completed its first round of fundraising of $25 million. The unique feature of this fund is that its limited partners (LPs) and advisory network are deeply tied to active researchers from cutting-edge labs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI.

Amid increasingly fierce competition in early AI investment, MoE Capital seeks to gain an information advantage by building a tightly knit community of researchers. Researchers working at mainstream labs can recommend departing colleagues with entrepreneurial intentions to the fund at the earliest opportunity, thereby securing high-value deal flow sources. To further strengthen soft-and-hard collaboration, the team this month also organized multiple researchers to travel to Shenzhen to inspect robot supply-chain suppliers.

Currently, MoE Capital has invested in Phylo, which is developing biomedical AI intelligent agents, and neolab, a company dedicated to achieving recursive superintelligence, Recursive Superintelligence.
