SK Hynix cancels educational requirements, recruiting technical talent to promote the development of Korean AI chips
BlockBeats News, June 17th, SK Hynix announced today that it will cancel all educational requirements and launch rolling recruitment for entry-level positions. As competition in the AI semiconductor field intensifies, SK Hynix stated that in the future, they will select talent based on actual work ability and growth potential, rather than solely on academic background.
The previous job postings by SK Hynix specified educational requirements such as "applicants must hold at least a four-year bachelor's degree." After removing this requirement, as long as the applicant's work experience, job skills, and cultural fit meet the position's requirements, they can apply regardless of their educational background.
