The U.S. court has approved the prosecution's schedule for a rehearing in the case against Tornado Cash developer Roman Storm, planned for this fall to reexamine charges of conspiracy to launder money and conspiracy to violate sanctions. Currently, the court has not yet ruled on Storm's Rule 29 motion, which argues that the prosecution's evidence and legal theories are flawed and requests the reversal of his previous conviction on unlicensed money transmission charges. If the court supports this motion, the related rehearing process may be affected. (The Rage)
