Iranian authorities disclosed video footage of the U.S. military MQ-9 drone being shot down that day. In the early hours of the 10th, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that during ongoing air combat in the Strait of Hormuz, an MQ-9 drone attempting to approach Iran from the northern part of the Persian Gulf and enter the battle was shot down and destroyed by Iran’s air defense forces over Jamm City in Bushehr Province.
