Ukraine reports large-scale Russian attack, 4 killed in Kyiv

Ukrainian Air Force stated early on the 15th that there is a risk of Russian missiles and drones attacking multiple locations in Ukraine. The Kyiv City Military Administration said that alarms sounded in Kyiv, and the local air defense system was activated to respond to the threat. Kyiv City Military Administration Director Tkačenko said that as of 5:40 a.m. local time on the 15th, the attack had resulted in 4 deaths and 23 injuries in Kyiv.
