Egg prices fell today. The Dragon Boat Festival stockpiling is wrapping up, new chickens are starting production, and supply is increasing. Coupled with the rainy season in the south making stockpiling unfavorable, spot egg prices have slightly declined, and it is expected that egg prices will fluctuate weakly in the near future. The average price of eggs in the main producing areas today is 9.88 yuan/kg in Shandong, down 0.48 from yesterday; 9.68 yuan/kg in Hebei, down 0.39 from yesterday; 10.27 yuan/kg in Guangdong, down 0.20 from yesterday; and 10.44 yuan/kg in Beijing, down 0.04 from yesterday.
