According to reports, HSBC and Hang Seng Bank's applications experienced technical issues this morning. HSBC's platform showed that services were temporarily affected due to a technical fault. Hang Seng's platform indicated that the application or online banking services might be responding slowly or experiencing intermittent interruptions. In response, an HSBC spokesperson stated that some customers were unable to use certain banking services normally this morning, and the company is working to resolve the issue and restore normal operations as soon as possible.
