I really often envy high-energy people who can do ten things a day, many financial professionals wake up early in the morning to make a classic American breakfast themselves, brew coffee, go to the gym for half an hour, come back to work, monitor global trends during work, and after work, they also focus on self-improvement and socializing, partying until late at night or so.

Unlike us low-energy folks, sitting at home watching the market already consumes all our energy and resources.
