🇮🇳BREAKING: Adani Group and Jabil have announced a strategic alliance to build a vertically integrated AI data center hardware manufacturing platform in India, targeting gigawatt-scale AI rack production for global hyperscalers.

The partnership combines Jabil's six decades of advanced manufacturing expertise with Adani's infrastructure footprint, green energy portfolio, and logistics network to create an end-to-end hardware ecosystem covering AI racks, servers, cooling systems, power distribution, and thermal management.
The alliance targets a global market opportunity the companies value at over $3 trillion over the next seven years.
India's data center capacity is projected to reach between 5 and 8 GW by 2030, with global hyperscalers planning over $50 billion in spending across the country's digital infrastructure. The Union Budget 2026 added a tax holiday for data centers until 2047, directly boosting the export case for India-based manufacturing.
The deal slots into Adani's existing $100 billion commitment to build 5 GW of green-energy-powered hyperscale data centers by 2035 and Jabil's $29.8 billion revenue operation, which has been expanding aggressively into AI infrastructure through acquisitions in power management and thermal solutions.
The stated ambition is to shift India from an importer of digital infrastructure into a major global manufacturer and exporter of AI hardware.
