Mars Finance News, June 16 — Recently, general-purpose embodied intelligence robot company Shenpu Intelligent (Simple AI) announced the completion of a Pre-A round of financing worth several hundred million yuan. This round was led by Didi, with Meihua Venture Capital and Keli Sensing participating as co-investors, and existing shareholders Genesis Partners Venture Capital, Linear Capital, and Puhua Capital continuing to increase their investment. After completing this round of financing, Shenpu Intelligent said the company will further accelerate product iteration and large-scale commercial deployment of embodied intelligence robots in real-world scenarios. It will focus on upgrading the Simple-World Model, building an embodied intelligence data system, introducing core talent, and rolling out solutions for broad household scenarios, continuing to move robots from single-point capability validation toward building long-term real-world service capabilities.
