one thing that i’ve learnt from the past few years is that

hustle culture is lying to you
you don’t need to be in the trenches to win, don’t make your goals harder than they need to be
find the path of least resistance
instead of thinking you need to suffer, grind nonstop, or take the hardest route to “win,”
you should choose the easiest sustainable path that still gets you results
for example, with fitness, people often say “I don’t have time,” but the real solution might be to make it easier:
- train 30–45 minutes instead of 2 hours
- pick a gym near your house
- do simple meals instead of complicated diets
- build a routine you can actually stick to
- stop waiting for life to become less busy
tldr:
success isn’t always about doing the hardest thing
it’s about removing friction so the right thing becomes easier to do consistently
hope this helps
