Hey everyone, I highly recommend using BIT to buy US stocks. I just tested it and it’s really awesome. @BITstocks_CN
There are four aspects that are particularly impressive:
1) Stablecoin deposits and withdrawals are instant; just complete KYC to deposit USDT and USDC to buy US stocks. When depositing, transfer from the BIT main account to the securities account, and it becomes USD to buy US stocks. You can think of it as directly helping you with OTC.
Currently, their OTC charges a maximum of 0.2% fee, with a minimum of 0.06%. When withdrawing, converting back to USDT is 1:1, and you can also wire USD directly for withdrawal.
2) The second point is that they buy real stocks, not synthetic assets or mapped tokens. Stocks bought on BIT can be transferred in and out to other brokerage firms.
In my opinion, the most important thing is the custody of funds. BIT’s client funds and securities are independently held by SIPC member clearing institutions, protected by regulated asset segregation, and completely separated from the main assets. Even if BIT encounters issues, assets are not included in bankruptcy liquidation and can be transferred out via the ACATS system.
3) The third is that opening an account is simple; you can open with just an ID card, no need for an overseas identity.
4) The fees are very low and friendly to large investors.
Currently, the platform fee is about $0.005 per share, and the transaction fee is about $0.003 per share. BIT charges a fixed fee rather than a percentage of the transaction amount, which is very friendly for large purchases. Buying $100k worth of stock costs less than $5 in fees. $SPCX
5) Lastly, let’s talk about compliance and tax issues.
In terms of compliance, it relies on GMC licensing + a comprehensive brokerage model, connecting to US SEC/FINRA licensed clearing institutions (Clear Street, RQD, AVS), directly linked to NASDAQ and NYSE. The underlying architecture is comparable to major US brokerages.
Because it adopts the GMC license + US SEC/FINRA licensed clearing firms model, it is not within the scope of CRS reporting countries, so there are no CRS synchronization issues. Users need to handle their own tax reporting obligations.
It’s really awesome, meeting the standards I’ve been looking for in a safe, compliant, and user-friendly US stock platform.
