After a company grows big, credit is given for achievements, not for hardships.


But who determines what counts as those achievements and hardships? This means that, within the entire management structure, the quality of those management nodes is especially important.
It feels like in the early stage of a company, you need people who are willing to endure hardships and work hard; in the middle stage, you need people with the capability; and in the later stage, you need capable people to unite those who can endure hardships and work hard.
