Golden Finance reports that on June 15th, analyst Richard Tang of Baosheng Group pointed out in a report that the peace agreement between the U.S. and Iran is highly beneficial to Asian stock markets. Since most Asian economies are net oil importers, the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz will bring significant positive effects. Tang added that if a potential decline in oil prices leads to fewer interest rate hikes, this event could "boost artificial intelligence stocks and even the broader technology sector." Markets with a high proportion of Asian tech stocks, including South Korea and Japan, surged significantly in early Monday trading. Meanwhile, Tang stated that as concerns over oil prices may ease, coupled with the gradual improvement of other driving factors, the Indian market could experience a rebound.
