The US stock market has one and a half hours before opening. The first night trading session of the FOMC week, the rhythm is a bit different from usual.

In the past few years of trading cryptocurrencies and US stocks, during FOMC weeks I usually adjust my schedule—late at night is actually the time with the highest information density. Statements, press conferences, minutes, all happen in the early morning Beijing time. You can't monitor in real-time, but you also can't ignore it completely. So I usually move my positions in advance on Tuesday and Wednesday, set stop-loss orders, and then sleep. The next morning, I check the results.

Honestly, this kind of "hanging" state is actually more draining than the outcome itself. Once it’s settled, the rise or fall is easier to handle. The hardest part is this current stage—I've done all the analysis I can, read all the research reports, but the final answer still has to wait.

Nothing major happening tonight. Light positions, observe, have a cup of tea.
