What Are the Three Perspectives?

1. Worldview
The road you’ve walked, the books you’ve read, and the people you’ve met—these are your worldview.
If you never climb high mountains, you won’t know how high the sky is. A person’s worldview is determined by what they have seen and heard.

2. Values
Values are what you believe is the right way to do things. For example, some people agree that knowledge can change one’s fate; others think health is the most important; and still others believe that wealth is the most important—these are values.

3. Outlook on Life
An outlook on life is what you think about after reading so many books and walking so many roads, then coming back to yourself to ask: what are my dreams, and what kind of person do I want to become?
Your worldview and values together determine your outlook on life.
Worldview is a fill-in-the-blank question; worldview is the height from which you look at problems.
Values are a true-or-false question; values are the perspective from which you look at problems.
Outlook on life is a multiple-choice question—outlook on life is your attitude toward problems.
