Mars Finance News, Qichacha shows that recently, SMIC Northern Integrated Circuit Manufacturing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. underwent a change in business registration, with China National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., Beijing Integrated Circuit Manufacturing and Equipment Equity Investment Center (Limited Partnership), and others exiting as shareholders, and SMIC International being added as a shareholder. The scope of business has been changed to include integrated circuit manufacturing, integrated circuit chip design and services, and manufacturing of integrated circuit chips and products. According to Qichacha information, the company was established in 2013 and is currently jointly held by SMIC International and its subsidiary SMIC Integrated Investment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
