When is @Polymarket considered a more advanced "sports betting platform"?

That is during situations like "reviewing VAR," where traditional sports betting platforms usually suspend betting, but pm can choose to continue trading.
The recently concluded Sweden vs. Tunisia match, in the final moments, Sweden scored a goal, and VAR initially called offside, but viewers who understand the game and watched the video footage could see that the ball line touched the Tunisia player. In the end, VAR overturned the decision, and the goal was confirmed.
And only @Polymarket can still offer a 30% chance to bet on over 4.5, and of course, in the end, winning even with a 5-1 score and betting over 5.5.
