The SEC plans to introduce a tokenization innovation exemption policy, with a former SEC lawyer stating it remains difficult to reverse.

Former SEC lawyers stated that the agency's authority to exempt related activities from securities laws remains difficult to overturn, but SEC leadership said that this initial policy will have a narrow scope and a time limit. (CoinDesk)
