io.net introduced the Incentive Dynamic Engine, which uses a dual-vault system to link token emissions to USD-denominated supplier payouts. The model directs token emissions into a Reward Vault and USD-denominated user fees into a Fee Vault. The engine can adjust token payouts when token prices change and can deploy surplus revenue for buybacks and burns when fees exceed payout targets.
