Philippine Central Bank Bars VASPs From Listing Privacy Assets

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas barred VASPs from listing or supporting privacy virtual assets. The BSP also ordered VASPs to tighten token listing, monitoring, and delisting standards. VASPs must conduct due diligence on listed assets and use delisting triggers when tokens no longer meet listing requirements.
