A very useful methodology shared with everyone:

Regarding daily behaviors and habits:
1. Every night before going to bed, lie in bed and, like watching a movie, review what you did today. The main point is to do this without any emotions, treat yourself as a walking corpse, observe this body, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., 15 hours, what are you doing every minute?
2. For example: wake up at 7 a.m., wash up, then go for a run, at 10 a.m. an English teacher gives you a lesson, after dinner in the evening, go for a walk, read a book. The more detailed, the better, go through every second of your actions.
3. Then break down these actions, which are necessary, which are unnecessary? Which can be optimized to do better? For example, sometimes Brother Nair wants to go to the bathhouse for a steam sauna, or get a foot massage. After thinking about it, the core reason is that the body might be a bit weak, or maybe I’ve learned too much today, and my energy is insufficient. To solve this, the best way is actually to go to the gym, systematically improve your physical fitness, lose fat, build muscle, first increase your sleep time, regulate your schedule, and find ways to improve your sleep quality.
4. Find the fundamental reason behind the action you are doing, and fundamentally solve and optimize it!
5. Do this every day, reflect on yourself, which is equivalent to giving yourself an opportunity to optimize every day.
6. Most importantly, observe yourself without any emotions. Because once emotions are involved, people will rationalize their actions and find a thousand excuses for themselves.
7. Humans are essentially habitual animals. The actions you do every day, your habits, determine what kind of person you are and what kind of life you will have in the future.
Regarding daily thoughts and ideas:
8. Spend more time focusing on yourself, improving yourself, perceiving yourself, and optimizing yourself. Do not spend time thinking about others’ opinions of you. This is a true path to reduce internal friction and lead to happiness.
9. I recommend everyone read “Meditations.” The Stoic school’s dichotomy of control is truly a great wisdom, which has gradually helped me understand true happiness.
Control what you can control, accept what you cannot, and then put all your energy into “becoming a better person.”
