CryptoWorld News: Geir Harald Hansen, an early Bitcoin developer and the founder of the early mining pool Bitminter, has publicly supported H100 Group’s proposed transaction, which will be put to a vote at the annual shareholders’ meeting on June 23. The attachment disclosed by H100 shows that the transaction will increase H100’s Bitcoin holdings to approximately 3,500 coins and make Hansen the company’s largest shareholder. Hansen’s affiliated company currently manages about 2,450 BTCH100 tokens, and its balance sheet holds 1,051 BTC, making it the first and largest Bitcoin treasury company in Scandinavia.
