Early Bitcoin developer and founder of the early mining pool Bitminter, Geir Harald Hansen, publicly supports H100 Group's proposed transaction, which will be voted on at the annual shareholder meeting on June 23. An attachment disclosed by H100 shows that this transaction will increase H100's Bitcoin holdings to approximately 3,500 coins and make Hansen the company's largest shareholder. Hansen's affiliated company currently manages about 2,450 BTC; H100 states that its current balance sheet holds 1,051 BTC, making it the first and largest Bitcoin treasury company in Scandinavia.
