Early Bitcoin developer and founder of the early mining pool Bitminter, Geir Harald Hansen, has publicly backed H100 Group’s proposed transaction, which will be put to a vote at the annual general meeting on June 23. An attachment disclosed by H100 shows that the transaction will increase H100’s Bitcoin holdings to approximately 3,500 coins and make Hansen the company’s largest shareholder. Hansen’s affiliated company currently manages about 2,450 BTC; H100 says its current balance sheet holds 1,051 BTC, making it the first and largest Bitcoin treasury company in Scandinavia.
