Polish President Vetoes Crypto Bill for Third Time Before MiCA Deadline

Polish President Karol Nawrocki vetoed a cryptocurrency regulatory bill for the third time, delaying domestic implementation of MiCA. Nawrocki said the government incorporated only one of 16 key amendments from his office. MiCA's transitional period ends July 1, and Poland-based crypto asset service providers without a MiCA license may lose the legal basis to serve EU customers. Prosecutors are reportedly investigating Zonda for suspected fraud and money laundering involving 2,000 customers.
