Deep Tide TechFlow News, June 14th, crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett stated on the X platform that in order for the CLARITY Act to pass before July 4th, it must simultaneously coordinate with both the Republican and Democratic parties to reach an agreement, revise the relevant provisions of the Agriculture Committee, complete the integration of the House and Senate versions, and secure 60 votes in the Senate, all within a very short timeframe.
She believes that the above conditions are difficult to meet simultaneously in terms of time window, political coordination, and legislative pace, so the possibility of the bill passing before July 4th is "almost nonexistent."
